The company is licensed by Tax Department of Nepal as a taxpayer and declared by Central Bank of Nepal as a foreign currency acceptable company. The company is registered in Nepal Mountaineering Association(NMA), Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal(TAAN) and other required tourism institutions of Nepal. The company is owned by famous female Nepali Climber, Mrs. Maya Sherpa and one of the young tourism expert Mr. Pemba Sherpa. The agency operates expedition to eight thousand-meter mountains of Nepal, Pakistan and Tibet. Along with, company organizes various trekking and peak climbing in the Himalaya of Nepal.
